 The Central Indiana Travel Football League (CITFL) is committed to providing a safe and structured environment for gifted young student-athletes to learn and compete while gaining valuable life skills that participation in organized team sports provide. Our league is focused on Central Indiana youth players who have committed to being the best students, athletes and young citizens they can be.
We believe that the opportunity for growth and improvement is equal to the challenges and goals we set for ourselves as a team. The goal of CITFL is to bring together the best 14 and under teams in the central Indiana region to play the highest level of competition available while providing an exciting and fun atmosphere for teams, players and spectators.
The Central Indiana Travel Football League (CITFL) is currently looking for expansion teams interested in playing in our league. Teams may be 7th and/or 8th grade school teams or Rec Travel Teams affiliated with a central Indiana Football league. We would like to expand our league to 8 teams by the 2011 season and there are 3 openings for the 2010 schedule before 09/01/10. | If you are an 7th or 8th grade team interested in playing a scrimmage or official out of league game with any of our member teams please contact schedules@citfl.com. Our teams are always looking for competitive contests to supplement their season and practice schedules and are available to play home or road games most weekday evenings and all day Saturday (sorry no Sunday games). |

Welcome to the Inaugral season of the Central Indiana Travel Football League and our website. We are currently finalizing our schedule and features here online so please check back to see what's new.
The CITFL is made up of 5 Indianapolis Metro area founding member teams, The TAB Salamanders, TAB Panthers, Christian Park Mustangs, Christian Park Saints and the Charles A. Tindley Tigers and will begin regular season league play August 28, 2010.
We have high hopes for this season and look forward to having a lot of fun, everyone is invited to come out and support the kids.... remember to come out and support your local team and good luck to all our teams this season. |
